Lombard Asset Finance Collaborates with the Finance Education Centre to Deliver Bespoke Training for New joiners to the business
Lombard has collaborated with the Finance Education Centre (FEC) to launch a bespoke training programme designed specifically their new joiner cohort. The programme covers the fundamentals of asset finance supporting their existing Lombard new joiner scheme and self -development.
The collaboration began with a detailed training needs analysis, allowing FEC to tailor existing course materials to the requirements of Lombard’s delegates and to integrate content aligned with the company’s working practices. Following the assessment, a scope of work was developed and sample course materials were shared for review and refinement. The process was highly co-operative and consultative, ensuring that the final programme reflected Lombard’s specific objectives.
