The Asset Pathway offers a structured learning journey designed to build confidence, competence, and credibility in the worlds of asset finance. Starting with foundational courses, learners gain a clear understanding of the finance industry, the role of brokers, and the regulatory landscape.
As they progress, participants explore a wide range of financial products, develop essential client-facing skills, and learn how to match funding solutions to business needs.
In addition to product knowledge this course also covers credit skills, conduct and compliance and a wide range of business skills, including sales techniques and marketing.
Each stage of the pathway builds progressively to allow for practical application, ensuring learners are fully equipped to support clients and thrive in a competitive marketplace.
