Cambridge & Counties Bank Partners with the Finance Education Centre to Support Ongoing Growth

Cambridge & Counties Bank has partnered with the Finance Education Centre (FEC) to deliver a bespoke training pathway for its Asset Finance team, supporting the bank’s continued growth and investment in its people.

The engagement, which commences in March, will run over a four-month period, giving delegates the opportunity to apply learning directly within their day-to-day roles. This structured, extended approach is designed to embed new skills and knowledge into live working environments, rather than treating training as a one-off intervention.

Cambridge & Counties has opted for a bespoke pathway, combining:

• Sales techniques

The programme has been tailored to reflect Cambridge & Counties’ specific processes, ensuring the training is directly relevant to the realities faced by its team.
