Our Story
We started our journey in May 2024, launching our version of the much-loved Broker Academy which we took over from Asset Finance Solutions (UK) Ltd. Since then, we have expanded our proposition and now offer a range of face-to-face modules that can be attended individually or grouped together to create a specific learning pathway or held at your premises and tailored to your specific needs. We are continually adding to our range of courses, and we’d be delighted to speak to you about your needs.

Meet your Training Manager
Yusuf Laher
As National Training Manager at the Finance Education Centre, I lead the strategy, design, and delivery of impactful training programmes across the Asset and Commercial Finance sectors. My role bridges strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with business leaders, internal teams, and expert trainers to shape learning experiences that drive real results.
I’m passionate about raising standards in the finance industry through training that’s practical, inclusive, and commercially focused. Outside of work, I enjoy travelling and spending quality time with my family. Having visited over 35 countries, I love exploring new cultures and learning from diverse experiences. I’m also a keen footballer and a proud Liverpool supporter, balancing my professional drive with a love for sport and adventure.
